Erie SeaWolves Beat Harrisburg Senators 8-0

The SeaWolves had Andrew Jenkins drive in three runs while Justice Bigbie drove in two runs for Erie. Seth Stephenson, Thayron Liranzo, and Izaac Pacheco each drove in another run. The Senators had only three hits in the game. Kenny Serwa got the start for the SeaWolves, going 4.2 innings, allowing a hit, walking three, and striking out four.

Portland Sea Dogs Beat Somerset Patriots 7-6

A four-run ninth propelled Portland to a victory. Brooks Brannon was hit by a wild pitch to make it 6-4. Johanfran Garcia singled home two runs to tie the game, and Marvin Alcantara grounded into a fielder’s choice, bringing home the game-winning run. DJ Gladney led the way for the Patriots, going 3-5 with a two-run home run. Kyle Carr for Somerset went five innings, allowing three runs on six hits. He walked two and struck out seven.

Binghamton Rumble Ponies Beat New Hampshire Fisher Cats 10-2

Jaylen Palmer had a big night for Binghamton, going 2-3 with a two-run home run and a double. He drove in four runs, scoring two more, and walking once. Danis Correa, Garrett Stratton, and Justin Armbruester combined to go 3.1 scoreless innings. They allowed one hit, no walks, and struck out six. Correa got the win. Hedbert Perez had a solo home run in the loss for the Fisher Cats.

Chesapeake Baysox over Richmond Flying Squirrels 7-1

Anderson De Los Santos had the big hit with a three-run home run in the first inning. Joseph Dzierwa got the start for the Baysox, going six innings, allowing a run on two hits. He walked one and struck out eight. Jack Payton led Richmond at the plate, going 3-4 in the loss.

Reading Fightin Phils Beat Hartford Yard Goats 3-1

Bryan Rincon brought home two runs, leading Reading to a win. He had an RBI groundout in the third and an RBI double in the fifth. Alex Binelas drove home the third run with a solo home run, his 15th of the season. Hartford got their lone run on a Benny Montgomery RBI single in the fourth. Adam Seminaris got the ball for Reading going seven innings, allowing a run on three hits. He walked one and struck out seven. Connor Staine got the start for Hartford, allowing all three runs on six hits in 6.2 innings. He walked two and struck out two.

Altoona Curve Beat Akron RubberDucks 3-1 in 10 Innings

Derek Berg drove in all three runs for Altoona in their win. He had an RBI single in the sixth and doubled home two more in the tenth inning. Cameron Barstad singled home the lone Akron run in the bottom of the second. Landon Tomkins was a big part of Altoona’s win, going three scoreless innings, allowing a hit, no walks, and striking out seven. Josh Hartle got the start for Akron, going 6.1 innings, allowing an unearned run on two hits. He walked three and struck out four.
