The Baltimore Orioles are in the middle of their middle game against the Texas Rangers. In the middle of the fourth inning, the Orioles starter Zach Eflin left the mound with the trainer due to an injury. He seemed to try to stick it out, but ultimately came out of the game. Grant Wolfram is in the game to replace Eflin. Eflin went 3.2 innings, allowing a run on four hits; he walked two and struck out seven. He was responsible for the runners on first and second with two out, and Wolfram got out of the jam. Eflin made two starts this spring, going 7.1 shutout innings. He allowed two hits, walked one, and struck out ten. The game is now 1-1 after a Pete Alonso solo home run. It is currently 3-1 Rangers right now.
