Kyle Manzardo was born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on July 18, 2000. He played high school baseball at Lake City High School in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Manzardo in his junior year hit .471. He had eight doubles, two triples, two home runs, 28 RBI, 13 runs scored, three stolen bases, and seven walks. On the mound that season, he appeared in five games. Manzardo went 1-0 with a 6.18 ERA, and six strikeouts in 11.1 innings. In his senior year, he hit .594 with ten doubles, two home runs, 24 RBI, 26 runs scored, nine stolen bases, and 21 walks. He made seven appearances while starting three of those he went 3-2 with a 1.71 ERA and 22 strikeouts in 28.2 innings.

In his first season, he played in 52 games and slashed .272/.335/.364 with a .699 OPS; he had 11 doubles, two home runs, 31 RBI, 26 runs scored, two stolen bases, and 16 walks. That summer he played in the West Coast League for Portland and in 46 games he slashed .302/.406/.477 with a .883 OPS. He had 13 doubles, one triple, five home runs, 32 RBI, 22 runs scored, 11 stolen bases, and 27 walks. His second year at Washington State was cut short. The reason was the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in 16 games, he slashed .436/.500/.694 with a 1.194 OPS; he had seven doubles, three home runs, 14 RBI, 21 runs scored, and six walks.

That summer he played for Willmar in the Northwoods League and in 33 games he slashed .297/.408/.534 with a .942 OPS; he had seven doubles, seven home runs, 32 RBI, 35 runs scored, one stolen base, and 21 walks. In his final season at Washington State, he played in 47 games and slashed .366/.437/.640 with a 1.076 OPS. He had 19 doubles, one triple, 11 home runs, 60 RBI, 43 runs scored, one stolen base, and 25 walks.

Manzardo debuted with the Rays rookie league team playing in 13 games and he slashed .349/.440/.605 with a 1.045 OPS; he had five doubles, two home runs, eight RBI, ten runs scored, and four walks.

2022

Manzardo played for High-A Bowling Green and Double-A Montgomery appearing in 93 games and slashing .327/.426/.617 with a 1.043 OPS; he had 26 doubles, one triple, 22 home runs, 81 RBI, 71 runs scored, one stolen base, and 59 walks.

2023

Manzardo was ranked the 60th prospect by Baseball America and the 73rd prospect by MLB.com. He played at Triple-A Durham before being traded to the Cleveland Guardians. With Cleveland, he played for their rookie league team and Triple-A Columbus. Combined between the three teams he played in 97 games and slashed .237/.337/.464 with a .802 OPS; he had 27 doubles, one triple, 17 home runs, 55 RBI, 50 runs scored, one stolen base, and 55 walks. He was tabbed to play in the Futures Game but did not play. He also played in the Arizona Fall League for Peoria and in 22 games he slashed .272/.340/.565 with a .905 OPS; he had seven doubles, one triple, six home runs, 19 RBI, 19 runs scored, and nine walks.

2024

Manzardo ranked as the 59th overall prospect by MLB Pipeline. He didn’t make the top 100 to start the season for Baseball America. He spent time at Triple-A Columbus and with the Guardians. In 83 games at Triple-A he hit .267 with a .946 OPS. He had 20 doubles, a triple, 20 home runs, 49 RBI, and 65 runs scored. In 53 games with Cleveland he hit .235 with a .703 OPS. He had 12 doubles, five home runs, 15 RBI, and 11 runs scored.
