The Texans won their first game of the Austin Regional with an 11-5 win over the Gauchos. They were led by Cage McCloud and Sergio Guerra. McCloud went 2-4 with a solo home run, a double, and four RBI. Guerra had two home runs going 2-4 with three RBI and three runs scored.
Texas Notes
The Longhorns stomped on Holy Cross yesterday to start the regional. They won 19-1, clobbering six home runs with Freshman Anthony Pack Jr. leading the way with three home runs in the game.
