Orioles Gunnar Henderson

The MLB season is coming to a close in just under a month, and the conversation for awards; a case can be made for Red Sox Rookie first baseman Triston Casas to win the American League Rookie of the Year award. Looking into it now, the case is quite different. Henderson has now played his 162nd major league game, equaling one full season. Over that span, Henderson is a .253 hitter with 27 homers and 88 RBI. Henderson’s full slash line throughout 128 2023 games is a .251 average with 23 homers and 70 RBI; 24 doubles and six triples, which is third in the AL, .802 OPS, .476 SLG, 50 BB, nine SB, and 117 hits which is 37th in the AL.
