2021

In his first season in the Brewers organization, he played for their rookie league team in 23 games and slashed .309/.434/.500 with a .934 OPS; he had five doubles, a triple, two home runs, eight RBI, 15 runs scored, four stolen bases, and 12 walks.

2022

Quero played at Single-A Carolina High-A Wisconsin appearing in 95 games and slashed .286/.342/.439 with a .780 OPS; he had 22 doubles, two triples, ten home runs, 57 RBI, 54 runs scored, ten stolen bases, and 30 walks. In the fall he also played in the Arizona Fall League for Glendale, in 15 games he slashed .222/.346/.333 with a .679 OPS; he had three doubles, a triple, three RBI, eight runs scored, two stolen bases, and seven walks.

2023

Quero played for Double-A Biloxi, he played in 90 games and slashed .262/.339/.441 with a .779 OPS; he had 12 doubles, 16 home runs, 49 RBI, 47 runs scored, five stolen bases, and 38 walks. He also played in the Futures Game going 1-2 with an RBI.

Future

Jeferson Quero is currently ranked as the 37th-ranked prospect by ITD and the Brewers second-ranked prospect. Look for Quero to continue his progression at Triple AAA Nashville this coming season continuing to show off his defensive abilities while impressing the club with his plate skills. There may be a scenario where Quero takes over behind the plate as early as mid-season 2025 for the Brewers. Quero is one of if not the best defensive catchers in the minors right now, so be on the lookout for this kid.
