Picks of the Day, 4/20

Corbin Carroll looks like the favorite to win NL ROY, can he hit a bomb today and win me some money? Lynne Sladky/AP

Great day yesterday. 3-0 and hit the +737, 4 team parlay. Rangers and Cubs blew away the -1.5 run lines, Rasmussen easily recorded the win for the Rays. I am 29-27 on the season, but more importantly my reach picks have been winning about half the time.
Only seven games today, so limited options:
Pick #1
Red @ Pirates, Total Runs Over 9, -115
Both teams scoring over 4.5 per game, both teams, allow over 5 runs per game, both starters stink.
Pick #2
Tanner Houck to Record Over 5.5 Ks, +110
(early game) Houck could have 6 Ks in 2 innings and allow no hits or 9 hits. He is unpredictable, but he gets his strikeouts. Plus my wife picked the under…
Pick #3
Nestor Cortes to record a win, +155
I like the Yankees 5-inning moneyline, but it’s -145….so why not Cortes to record the win at +155 instead? Cortes has gone 5.1, 5, and 7 innings in 3 starts.
Reach
Corbin Carroll to hit Home Run, +500
