The Brewers have struggled keeping pitchers healthy this year. Today they have activated two arms while sending another out for a rehab assignment. All good news for a team looking for help within the bullpen and rotation in the early part of the season. The newly acquired Quinn Priester was activated today and should make his debut during the series with the Rockies. While another starter is heading to Nashville on a rehab assignment in Tobias Myers.The Brewers are 5-5 heading into this three game series with the Rockies. They currently sit a game and a half back from the top spot in the NL Central held by the Chicago Cubs currently.

Quinn Priester -RHP

The Milwaukee Brewers have activated newly acquired Priester ahead of their game against the Rockies. Priester was traded for yesterday in a deal made with the Red Sox.

Tobias Myers – RHP

The Milwaukee Brewers have sent Myers on a rehab assignment to Triple-A with the Nashville Sounds. He was 9-6 with a 3.00 ERA last year for the Brewers. He was placed in the injured list back on March 24th with a left oblique strain.

Conner Thomas – LHP

The Milwaukee Brewers have placed Thomas on the injured list with left elbow arthritis. Thomas has pitched in two games so far for the Brewers. He has worked 5.1 innings with a 20.25 ERA, 2.63 WHIP and five strikeouts.

Nick Mears – RHP

The Milwaukee Brewers have activated Mears off the 15 day injured list today ahead of their game with the Rockies. He appeared in three games during his rehab stint with Nashville. He pitched 3.2 innings allowing two hits, no runs, one walk and struck out one.
