The Detroit Tigers made some moves today, adding RHP Wilmer Flores and catcher Dillon Dingler to their 40-man roster so they can’t be selected in the Rule 5 Draft, which will take place on December 6th; Flores ranks seventh in the Tigers system, while Dingler ranks 11th. On top of that, they signed Bligh Madris to a minor league deal, but they also included an invite to spring training.
