The Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate in Worcester took on the Columbus Clippers and split their series. Their Double-A affiliate took on the Richmond Flying Squirrels and they dropped their series losing four of the six games. The High-A affiliate the Greenville Drive took on the Rome Emperors, they also dropped four of their six games. Their Single-A affiliate the Salem Red Sox took on the Augusta GreenJackets and they won their series taking four of their six games.

Anthony last week went 3-23 with a home run, three RBI, three runs scored, and four walks. This season he is hitting .255 with a .825 OPS; he has seven home runs and 22 RBI.

RHP – Richard Fitts – Worcester Red Sox
Fitts got the ball on Saturday getting a win going five shutout innings, giving up four hits; he walked one and struck out nine. He is 5-2 with a 3.86 ERA, a 1.29 WHIP, and 59 strikeouts in 60.2 innings.
