The Baltimore Orioles have recalled left-handed pitcher Trevor Rogers from the Norfolk Tides in Triple-A today. He has made one start this year already for the Orioles, back on May 24th against the Boston Red Sox. He pitched six and one-third innings and only gave up two hits in the outing. Rogers hit one batter and struck out five that day. He has made seven starts in Triple-A this year for Norfolk with no wins and three losses. Rogers has a 5.46 ERA, a 1.55 WHIP, and a .304 batting average against this year. He has pitched in 29 and two-thirds innings, striking out 26 and walking eight.
Grant Wolfram
The Orioles have optioned left-handed pitcher Grant Wolfram to Triple-A, where he will continue his season with the Norfolk Tides. Wolfram has pitched in two games this year for the Orioles without factoring in a decision. He has recorded four outs in his limited action this year. He achieved one strikeout, allowed two walks, and conceded three hits. Two earned runs were also recorded.
