Toronto Blue Jays Down On The Farm 5/13– 5/19

The Toronto Blue Jays Triple-A affiliate is a series against the Rochester Red Wings and they took two of the six games. The Blue Jays Double-A affiliate the New Hampshire Fisher Cats are coming off a series against the Hartford Yard Goats in which they split. The High-A affiliate the Vancouver Canadiens are coming off a series against the Spokane Indians, and they dropped four of the six games. The Single-A affiliate the Dunedin Blue Jays are coming off a series win against the Jupiter Hammerheads taking five of the six games.

Toronto Blue Jays Top 10 Prospects Check-In

LHP – Ricky Tiedemann – Buffalo Bisons

Tiedemann is on the 7-Day injured list. This season he is 0-1 in three starts with a 5.63 ERA, a 2.00 WHIP, and ten strikeouts in eight innings.

SS – Orelvis Martinez – Buffalo Bisons

Martinez last week in five games went 0-20 with an RBI, a run scored, and two walks. This season he is hitting .240 with a .819 OPS; he has ten home runs, 31 RBI, and 32 runs scored.

SS – Arjun Nimmala – Dunedin Blue Jays

2B – Cade Doughty – New Hampshire Fisher Cats

Dought is still on the 7-day injured list. He is hitting .300 with an .862 OPS; he had one RBI, and four runs scored before his injury.

RHP – Chad Dallas – Buffalo Bisons

Dallas got the start on Wednesday picking up a win going 5.1 innings giving up three runs, two earned on five hits; he walked two and struck out five. He is 2-2 with a 6.63 ERA, a 1.74 WHIP, and 28 strikeouts in 38 innings.
