Seattle Mariners Roster Moves 5/21/2025

Seattle Mariners Roster Transactions | Inside The Diamonds

The Seattle Mariners wrap up their series against the Chicago White Sox this afternoon at T-Mobile Park. They are looking to rebound after a narrow 1-0 loss last night. That defeat snapped their four-game winning streak. During that streak, they averaged five runs per game. They gave up just one run per contest. Logan Evans will take the mound for Seattle, making a key start as the Mariners aim to take the series. Shane Smith will oppose him as the starting pitcher for the White Sox.

In a roster move ahead of today’s game, the Mariners selected the contract of Jesse Hahn from Triple-A Tacoma. To make room on the 40-man roster, Seattle designated veteran right-hander Casey Lawrence for assignment. With the AL West race tightening, every game counts. The Mariners aim to bounce back. They plan to continue their strong form. The team takes the field this afternoon for the first pitch.
