Probable Starting Pitchers

Game 1: Freddy Peralta (0-1, 2.08 ERA) vs. Kyle Freeland (0-1, 2.13 ERA)

Peralta will start the series for the Brewers. Last time out against the Royals, he did not factor in the decision. He pitched well in eight innings, allowing two hits, one run, and striking out eight. Freeland will go for the Rockies. He lost the last time out against the Phillies. Freeland pitched 6.2 innings, giving up three runs, nine hits, and striking out three.

Game 2: TBD (0-0, 0.00 ERA) vs. Antonio Senzatela (0-1, 0.00 ERA)

The Brewers have not officially named a starter for the second game of the series. They did, though, make a trade for Quinn Priester today. He started in Triple-A on Thursday. This schedule aligns him to make his debut for the Brewers in the second game. Senzatela will go for the Rockies. In his last start, he pitched 5.1 innings against Philadelphia. He gave up 10 hits, one unearned run, and struck out three.

Game 3: *Tyler Alexander* (1-0, 2.00 ERA) vs. Ryan Feltner (0-0, 3.60 ERA)

Tyler Alexander has not officially been announced as the starter, but is most likely to get the ball. He showed enough against the Reds to get another turn in the rotation in game three, given the depth situation. He went 5.2 innings, allowing no hits, no runs, walking three, and striking out six. Feltner will close out the series for the Rockies. He did not factor into the decision last time out against the Athletics. Feltner pitched five innings, gave up eight hits, two earned runs, one walk, and struck out four.

Player To Watch:

Colorado Rockies

Zac Veen will be making his Major League debut this series for the Rockies. Veen, a top prospect for the Rockies, has played eight games so far this year in Triple-A for Albuquerque. Seattle Mariners Roster Moves 4/14/25

The Seattle Mariners entered the season without Troy Taylor or Matt Brash in their bullpen. The good news was that they wouldn’t be without them for long. The expectation was that both pitchers would return by May. The Mariners are now reinstating Troy Taylor from the 15-day injured list. They are also designating Casey Lawrence […]
