Probable Starting Pitchers

Game 1: Andrew Abbott (2-0, 1.64 ERA) vs. Kyle Freeland 0-4, 4.85 ERA)

Abbott will start game one of the series for the Reds. Abbott beat the Orioles in his last start. He pitched six innings allowing two hits, one run, one home run, one walk, and struck out 11. Freeland will get the start for the Rockies. Freeland struggled last time out only going two innings against the Nationals in a losing effort. He allowed three hits, three runs, one earned, one walk, and striking out two.

Game 2: Hunter Greene (2-2, 2.35 ERA) vs. Antonio Senzatela (1-3, 4.81 ERA)

Greene will start game two for the Reds. In his last start, he took the loss against the Orioles. He pitched three innings allowing six hits, five runs, three home runs, two walks, and struck out four. Senzatela will get the start for the Rockies. He got his first victory last time out beating the Nationals. He pitched six innings, allowing six hits, one run, one walk, and striking out two.

Game 3: Nick Lodolo (2-2, 2.79 ERA) vs. Ryan Feltner (0-1, 3.86 ERA)

Lodolo will start the last game of the series for the Reds. He lost to the Marlins last time out. He pitched 5.2 innings allowing seven hits, three runs, one home run, two walks, and striking out four. Feltner will get the start for the Rockies to close out the series. In his last start, Feltner pitched seven innings. He allowed three hits, one run, and one home run. He also walked one batter and struck out four against the Royals.

Cincinnati Reds

Noelvi Marte since being called up has been great offensively. In the last seven days, he has played in six games. Marte has a .348 batting average with a 1.139 OPS. He has four runs, eight hits, three doubles, two home runs, eight RBI, and one steal. In four games last year against the Rockies Marte had a .200 batting average with three hits, one RBI, and three runs.

Colorado Rockies

Mickey Moniak in the last four games in seven days has been the most consistent Rockies hitter. He has three runs, four hits, two triples, one home run, and six RBI. In two games last year he had zero success against the Reds. He will look to change that in this three game series.
