Louis Varland, Michael Wacha, Dylan Cease, Cade Smith, Parker Messick, Bryan Baker, Aroldis Chapman, Joe Ryan, Nick Martinez, Drew Rasmussen, and Jacob Latz each pitched for American League All-Stars in the game.

The American League All-Stars opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to two singles. First, Cody Bellinger singled home two runs. Ben Rice drove home the third run. Miguel Vargas hit a solo home run in the top of the eighth for the American League All-Stars.
Cease earned the win for American League All-Stars. The righty didn’t allow a hit or a run in his one inning. He struck out three and walked one. Cristopher Sanchez took the loss for the National League All-Stars. The southpaw went one inning, giving up three runs on three hits, striking out two and walking two. Varland, Wacha, Smith, Messick, Baker, Chapman, Ryan, Martinez, Rasmussen, and Jacob Latz each came on in relief for American League All-Stars and shut down National League All-Stars.
Bellinger went 1-for-3 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in, which led to him being the MVP of the game. Juan Soto, Otto Lopez, and Pete Crow-Armstrong had the only National League hits in the game.
