Checkin with the Top Ten Prospects
3B – Noelvi Marte – Suspended 80 Games
Marte is suspended for 80 games.
RHP – Rhett Lowder – Dayton Dragons
Lowder made one start this past series going six innings, he did earn the win. He gave up three hits, one unearned run, and one walk, and struck out nine on the day. He will make his next start on Thursday against West Michigan.
SS – Edwin Arroyo—out for the Year–Chattanooga Lookouts
Arroyo is out for the seaosn.
RHP – Connor Phillips – Louisville Bats
Phillips started one game this past week he struggled going four innings, giving up 11 hits, eight earned runs, three free passes, one home run, and striking out three. He finished the outing with an 18.00 ERA. He will look to bounce back this week on Thursday against ST. Paul Saints.
RHP – Chase Petty– Chattanooga Lookouts
Petty started one game during the six-game series. He pitched five innings allowing seven hits, three earned runs, two walks, five strikeouts, a 5.40 ERA, and a 1.80 WHIP on the day. His next should come Thursday against Montgomery.
3B – Cam Collier – Dayton Dragons
Cam Collier played in four games with 18 at-bats over the last seven days. He scored five runs, had five hits, one home run, and seven RBIs. He ended the series slashing .278/.263/.611 and had a .874 OPS.
3B – Sal Stewart – Dayton Dragons
Stewart played in four games in the last seven days. He received 13 at-bats scoring four runs, on three hits, one home run, four RBIs, and five walks, and slashed .231/.444/.538 with a .982 OPS on the series.
SS – Richardo Cabrera – Daytona Tortugas
Cabrera played in four games over the last seven days, He had 16 at-bats, two runs, two hits, one double, one RBI, one walk, and five strikeouts. He slashed .125/.176/.188 with a .364 OPS over the last seven days.
OF – Carlos Jorge – Dayton Dragons
Jorge played in five games over the last seven days. He had 23 at-bats, six runs scored, five hits, two doubles, two home runs, six RBIs, one walk, struck out seven times, and stole one base. He slashed .217/.250/.565 with a .815 OPS over the last seven days.
RHP – Ty Floyd – Arizona Complex League
Floyd is on the 60-day IL.
The Week Ahead
Louisville Bats (AAA) (13-14)
The Triple-A Louisville Bats hosted the Nashville Sounds they won the series four games to two. They head to St. Paul to play the Saints next the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins for six games this week.
