Key News & Notes

Sonny Gray gets the ball for the Red Sox as they go for a sweep. Gray is 9-1 with a 2.95 ERA, a 1.19 WHIP, and 66 strikeouts in 76.1 innings.

Did another plane incident possibly save the Red Sox’s season? They were held up in Colorado and somehow have won three straight since. If you remember last season, they had a plane incident which put them on a hot stretch, could that be this season?
