The Atlanta Braves wrap up their three-game series with the Seattle Mariners tonight. They dropped the first game 5-4 after Seattle scored five runs in the sixth inning, after Atlanta scored three in the top half of the inning. Atlanta rebounded with a 3-2 win in last night’s game as they broke a 2-2 tie with a run in the top of the ninth thanks to a Matt Olson solo home run. They’re 4-1 in May, averaging seven runs per game while allowing four runs per game. Ahead of tonight’s series finale, the Braves designated outfielder José Azocar for assignment and selected the contract of shortstop Jim Jarvis from Triple-A Gwinnett.
