They, however, will be without outfielder Wyatt Langford as he was placed on the 10-day injured list with a right oblique strain. The Texas Rangers have recalled outfielder Dustin Harris from Triple-A Round Rock. They also optioned infielder Jonathan Ornelas to Triple-A Round Rock and recalled utility player Ezequiel Duran from Round Rock.

Wyatt Langford
Wyatt Langford this season is hitting .244 with a .894 OPS. He has a double, four home runs, six RBI, six runs scored, two stolen bases, and five walks. Jonathan Ornelas
Ornelas, in three games, didn’t record a hit. He did walk once. In his lone game at Triple-A, he went 2-4 with an RBI. Last season at Round Rock in 88 games, he hit .251 with a .648 OPS. He had ten doubles, three triples, three home runs, 29 RBI, 42 runs scored, nine stolen bases, and 30 walks. Ornelas also appeared in 18 games with the Texas Rangers, hitting .216 with a .527 OPS. He had two doubles, three RBI, a run scored, and two walks.
Ezequiel Duran
Duran, in five games this season at Texas, has yet to record a hit, but he has an RBI. In 2024 at Tripel-A Round Rock, he hit .277 with a .857 OPS. He had four doubles, two triples, five home runs, 16 RBI, 18 runs scored, five stolen bases, and three walks. In 92 games with Texas, he his .246 with a .609 OPS. He had 11 doubles, three home runs, 20 RBI, 26 runs scored, a stolen base, and 14 walks.
