The Tampa Bay Rays and Baltimore Orioles agreed to a trade this morning. The trade will send right-handed pitcher Bryan Baker to the Rays while the Orioles will receive the 2025 competitive-balance pick from the Rays, which is the 37th overall pick in Sunday’s draft. Baker is under control for three more seasons, making him a free agent in 2029.
