2021

Chourio started in the Dominican Summer League, and in 45 games, he slashed .296/.386/.447 with a .833 OPS; he had seven doubles, one triple, five home runs, 25 RBI, 31 runs scored, eight stolen bases, and 23 walks.  He also played in the Venezuelan Winter League for Zulia, and in 12 games, he slashed .204/.250/.286 with a .536 OPS; he had one double, one home run, five RBI, four runs scored, and three walks.

2022

Chourio played for Single-A Carolina, High-A Wisconsin, and Double-A Biloxi, playing in 99 games; he slashed .288/.342/.538 with a .879 OPS; he had 30 doubles, five triples, 20 home runs, 75 RBI, 75 runs scored, 16 stolen bases, and 32 walks. He played in the Venezuelan Winter League with Zulia again in the Winter. In 21 games, he slashed .256/.291/.354 with a .644 OPS; he had five doubles, one home run, four RBI, nine runs, one stolen base, and four walks. He also played in the Futures Game, going 0-2.

Chourio was ranked the number three prospect by Baseball American and the number eight prospect by MLB.com entering the season, and he played at Double-A Biloxi and Triple-A Nashville in 128 games he slashed .283/.338/.467 with a .805 OPS; he had 26 doubles, three triples, 22 home runs, 91 RBI, 88 runs scored, 44 stolen bases, and 43 walks. He was back with Zulia in the Venezuelan Winter League, and in 17 games, he slashed .379/.453/.530 with a .984 OPS; he had five doubles, one triple, one home run, six RBI, 15 runs scored, three stolen bases, and eight walks. He also played in the Futures Game again, going 0-4 with two strikeouts.

Future                                                                   

ITD ranks Chourio as the sixth overall prospect and the Brewers top ranked prospect. He is expected to start the season with the Brewers in Center Field.
