Dylan Lesko was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 7, 2003. He played high school baseball at Buford High School in Buford, GA. He was the number one-ranked RHP and the third-ranked overall player in Georgia. At Buford he went 11-0 with a 0.35 ERA and 112 strikeouts in 60 innings, he was also named the Gwinnett Daily Post Baseball Pitcher of the Year. Lesko was ranked the top RHP in the country and the fourth overall player. He committed to play college baseball at Vanderbilt University.

ITD ranks Lesko as the 56th overall prospect and the Padres third-ranked prospect. He is expected to start the season at either High-A or Double-A.
