I want to puke. Down $600 in two day and 0 for my last 6 picks. This is a first. Perhaps I can get Cardinals fans to pay me to continue betting against the Cardinals.
Marcus Stroman pitched like a guy that doesn’t want to be traded to Tampa Bay this month, Blake Snell’s run of elite starts came to an end in Toronto, and Michael Kopech beat the Mets and made my “he looks injured” take look silly. (I could still be right)
131-116 on the season:
Pick #1
Orioles @ Rays, Total Over 8 Runs, -115
I’m going by the numbers here. Both teams average 5 runs or more, the Orioles allow 4.5 per game. Kyle Bradish and Zach Eflin are good starters but not worried they’ll throw shutouts.
Pick #2
Dodgers @ Rangers, Dodgers Moneyline, +100
LA is 8-2 in their last 10 and has outscored opponents by 32 runs in that stretch. Andrew Heaney isn’t exactly scary to face. It’s not often the Dodgers are +100. Take it when you can get it.
Pick #3
Justin Steele Over 5.5 Strikeouts, +120
You bet I’m going against the Cardinals again. Indirectly this time, but against them still. Steele has been a revelation this year. He has also K’d more than five batters in 4 of his last 5 starts.

On Monday while everyone else was worried about Roki Sasaki, the Seattle Mariners announced the signing of Donovan Solano. Solano, […]
