Not a bad Sunday. 2-1 on the picks. Sonny Gray getting the win was easy money. Royals and Twins Over hit late. And, of course, I had Alex Cobb allowing the first earned run, and Yu Darvish promptly allowed a homerun on the second pitch of the game.
Not too many games today to choose from. One afternoon game with the braves and Mets playing a doubleheader.
46-40 0n the season:
Pick #1
Braves @ Mets (Game 1), Braves -1.5 Run Line, -125
Its Strider day. I’d like to do the over 8.5 Ks, but with rainouts over the wekend, Snit might go to the pen earlier just to get guys work.
Pick #2
Reds @ Padres, Total Runs Over 8.5, -110
Luke Weaver and Blake Snell square off. Weaver could allow 6 runs himself.
Pick #3
Cubs @ National, Total Runs Under 8.5, -110
Gore and Smyly have been very stingy, neither offense is exactly high-powered.
Reach
Anthony Rizzo to hit home run, +500
He has already done it for me twice this year and options are limited today.
Picks of the Day, 5/1
