The Phillies bullpen ranks 24th in ERA with a 4.33, 23rd in WHIP with a 1.35, and 23rd in FIP with a 4.21. Adding Duran is a huge boost for a team that badly needs help at the backend of the bullpen and can be an arm to help carry them on a lengthy postseason run.

Jhoan Duran
Duran made his big league debut in 2022. Over the four seasons, he’s made 223 appearances. Duran is 17-23 with 47 saves, a 2.47 ERA, a 2.77 FIP, a 1.10 WHIP, and 292 strikeouts in 233.2 innings. He is under contract until the 2028 season when he becomes a free agent.
Mick Abel
Abel in six starts for the Phillies this season, is 2-2. Abel posted a 5.04 ERA, a 6.26 FIP, a 1.36 WHIP, and 21 strikeouts in 25 innings.
Eduardo Tait
