Probable Starting Pitching

TBD vs.TBD

The Chicago Cubs have Shota Imanaga lined up with four days’ rest, but have not confirmed it yet. This is an option for the Cubs if they wish to go back to the well. In his start on Monday, Shota pitched 2.2 innings, giving up five hits, four runs, and striking out three. This Postseason Imanaga has one loss, 8.50 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, two walks, eight runs, six earned runs, and striking out six through 6.2 innings pitched. Colin Rea and Aaron Civale are available as openers or to follow Imanaga if needed.

The Brewers haven’t announced a starter for game five yet. One would think the starter for the game would be Jacob Misiorowski. He pitched in game two on Monday night last. Misiorowski threw three innings, allowing one hit, two walks, and striking out four. He was 5-3 on the season with a 4.36 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, and struck out 87 in 14 starts for the Brewers. This is a win-or-done scenario for both teams. You can expect to see both managers utilize every pitcher possible. They want to give them a chance at the next round against the Dodgers.
