Detroit Tigers Roster Transactions | Inside The Diamonds

The Detroit Tigers are taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers for a three-game series starting tomorrow to kick off the 2025 MLB season. On the eve of Opening Day, they made a move, sending their 2024 closer Jason Foley to Triple-A Toledo. That now has the bullpen at Beau Brieske, Tyler Holton, Tommy Kahnle, Will Vest, Brenan Hanifee, John Brebbia, and Kenta Maeda. It’ll be curious to see who takes the 26th spot on the roster. Another move was made by Detroit. They acquired right-handed pitcher Haden Erbe from the Tampa Bay Rays.
