Colorado Rockies Roster Transactions | Inside The Diamonds

The Colorado Rockies picked up their second win in their last three games as they beat the St. Louis Cardinals today 6-5 as Ryan Feltner got the start going 5.1 innings giving up four unearned runs on two hits; he walked one and struck out seven. The offense was paced by Ezequiel Tovar who went 4-4 with two home runs, four RBI, and two runs scored; Brenton Doyle and Jake Cave drove in the other two runs. This evening they announced they are calling up the 33rd overall prospect by ITD SS/2B Adael Amador from Double-A Hartford. The move comes after second baseman Brendan Rodgers left last night’s loss to the Cardinals. The Rockies are still trying to determine if Rodgers will need to go on the injured list.
