The Guardians assigned Tincher to the roster today March 9th, 2025 ahead of their game against the White Sox. Tincher spent all of last year with the Lake County Captains in Single-A+ ball. In 55 games Tincher struggled offensively with a .176 batting average and a slash line of .319/.256/.575.
