The Pittsburgh Pirates will face the Tampa Bay Rays tonight in the middle of their three-game series. Tonight was supposed to be Paul Skenes on the mound for the Pirates, but they have shifted things as they are calling up the 78th overall prospect, Thomas Harrington, from Triple-A Indianapolis. Harrington is the Pirates’ third overall prospect in their system. This spring, in four games, he went 0-1 with a 5.59 ERA, a 1.13 WHIP, and seven strikeouts in 9.2 innings. Skenes will start tomorrow against the Rays in the finale.
