Little attended Stanford University. He pitched three seasons for the Cardinals, going 6-2 in 54 appearances. Little had a 2.49 ERA, a 1.00 WHIP, and 117 strikeouts in 90.1 innings. The Dodgers drafted him in the fifth round of the 2019 MLB Draft. In his first season with the Dodgers system, he started 11 games across three different teams, going 0-1.
