Probable Starting Pitchers

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Chicago Cubs

Game 1: Taijuan Walker (1-1, 2.29 ERA) vs. Colin Rea (0-0, 1.32 ERA)

Walker will kick off the series for the Phillies. In his last start, he pitched four innings, allowing one hit, one run, three walks, and struck out two. He did not factor in the decision against the Marlins. Rea will get the start for the Cubs. He faced the Diamondbacks last time out. Rea pitched 4.2 innings allowed five hits, one run, and struck out five in the no-decision.

Game 2: Jesus Luzardo (2-0, 2.08 ERA) vs. Ben Brown (2-1, 4.57 ERA)

Taillon will get the start for the Cubs. In his last start against the Diamondbacks, he threw five innings. Taillon allowed three hits, one run, walked two, and struck out six in the start.
