The Twins enter play today with a 15-20 record. They are seven games behind the Detroit Tigers in the AL Central. They prepare to take on the Orioles at home today in their next series. The Twins have announced four roster moves ahead of today’s game. They have reinstated two players from the injured list while optioning two back to St. Paul in Triple-A.

Royce Lewis

The Minnesota Twins have activated Royce Lewis from the 10-day injured list. Lewis will make his 2025 season debut for the Twins. He has been on the injured list since suffering a left hamstring strain in spring training. Lewis has played in six games for the St. Paul Saints this year in Triple-A. He has a .174 average and a .384 OPS during that time. Lewis has one double, one RBI, and three runs scored in Triple-A.

Willi Castro

The Minnesota Twins have activated Willi Castro from the 10-day injured list. Castro returns from a right oblique strain. He was placed on the injured list back on April 21st. He has played in 18 games for the Twins this year. Castro has seven runs, 15 hits, six doubles, one home run, and five RBI. Castro has a .227 batting average and a .656 OPS on the year.

Mickey Casper

The Twins have optioned Mickey Casper to Triple-A St. Paul Saints. Casper has 17 games for the Twins this year. Casper has a .176 batting average and a .488 OPS. He has five runs scored, six hits, one double, and three RBI on the year.

Edouard Julien

The Twins have optioned Edouard Julien to St. Paul Saints. He has played in 29 games for the Twins this year. He has a .198 batting average and a .607 OPS. Julien has eight runs scored, 18 hits, five doubles, two home runs, and eight RBI.
