Twins Roster Transactions | Inside The Diamonds

The Minnesota Twins take on the Milwaukee Brewers today in the series finale. Zebby Matthews has been called up to make the start today for the Twins. Matthews’ is just one of four moves announced today by the Twins. They have transferred one to the 60-day injured list, placed one on the 15-day injured list while recalling today’s starting pitcher and one contract has been selected of an outfielder.

Zebby Matthews

The Twins have recalled Matthews’ from the St. Paul Saints in Triple-A. In seven starts he has two wins and one loss this year in Triple-A. He has a 1.93 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP in 32.2 innings of work this year.

Carson McCusker

The Twins have selected the contract of McCusker from the St. Paul Saints today ahead of their series finale with the Brewers. He has 10 home runs in 38 games in Triple-A. He has 36 RBI and a .350 batting average on the year.

Danny Coulombe

The Twins have placed the left-hand pitcher on the 15-day injured list with a left forearm extensor strain. This moves is retroactive to May 5th, 2025. In 19 games he has one win with a 0.00 ERA and a 0.60 WHIP. Coulombe has pitched in 16.2 innings and has 19 strikeouts.

Luke Keaschall

The Twins have transferred Luke Keaschall from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day injured list. He has a right forearm fracture. The move comes as no surprise after breaking his arm earlier this year. Keaschall played in seven games for the Twins before suffering his injury. He had a .368 batting average with four runs, three doubles, two RBI, and five steals.
