The Orioles would tie it in the top of the sixth. A one-out Pete Alonso double, followed by a Tyler O’Neill infield single, had runners on first and second. Ryan Mountcastle walked, and Alonso scored on a passed ball to make it 3-3. The Orioles took their first lead of the game as Dylan Beavers drove home O’Neill on a sacrifice fly. The White Sox would threaten in the bottom half of the inning, but Baltimore escaped the threat.
