The Red Sox, ahead of tonight’s game, placed right-handed pitcher Jordan Hicks on the injured list with a shoulder issue. Boston is recalling left-handed pitcher Chris Murphy to replace Hicks.

Jordan Hicks
Hicks, since being acquired by the Red Sox, is 1-2 in 21 games. He has a save, posting an 8.20 ERA, a 1.98 WHIP, and 15 strikeouts in 18.2 innings.
