The Boston Red Sox will start a three-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays tonight. The Red Sox swept Toronto last week when these two faced off North of the Border. The Red Sox have been red-hot winning seven of their last eight and ten of their last 13. Today before the series kicks off the Red Sox announced quite a few roster moves starting with placing catcher Connor Wong on the paternity list and calling up catcher Tyler Heineman from Triple-A Worcester. Also after going with a bullpen day, they brought up some reinforcements, calling up RHP Isaiah Campbell, and Josh Winckowski and they optioned LHP Cam Booser, and RHP Brad Keller to Worcester.

Red Sox Roster Moves By The Numbers
C – Connor Wong
Wong this season in 57 games has a slash line of .330/.390/.480 with a .870 OPS; he has seven doubles, one triple, seven home runs, 29 RBI, 26 runs scored, 14 walks, and three stolen bases. He’s been a key piece to the Red Sox hot stretch.
C – Tyler Heineman
Heineman is back for his second stint with the Red Sox. In the first appearance, he played in only one game going 0-1. In the minors he’s played in 31 games hitting .245 with a .719 OPS; he has three doubles, two home runs, 14 RBI, 16 runs scored, five stolen bases, and 19 walks.
RHP – Isaiah Campbell
Campbell is in his first season with the Red Sox, he made seven appearances going 0-1 with a 12.79 ERA, a 2.05 WHIP, a 2.8 BB/9, and a 7.1 K/9 in 6.1 innings. At Worcester he made 11 appearances going 0-1 with a 2.19 ERA, a 0.97 WHIP, a 2.2 BB/9, and a 13.1 K/9 in 12.1 innings.
RHP – Josh Winckowski
Winckowski started the season in Boston making 12 appearances with three of those coming as starts going 1-1 with a 3.33 ERA, a 4.25 FIP, a 1.56 WHIP, a 4.1 BB/9, and a 7.0 K/9 in 24.1 innings. At Worcester, he made seven appearances with six of those coming as starts going 3-2 with a 2.87 ERA, a 1.25 WHIP, a 1.7 BB/9, and an 8.3 K/9 in 31.1 innings.
LHP – Cam Booser
Booser was a feel-good story this season for the Red Sox making 26 appearances going 1-2 with a 3.21 ERA, a 2.82 FIP, a 1.14 WHIP, a 1.9 BB/9, and a 10.6 K/9 in 28 innings. Before being called up he made four appearances at Worcester going 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA, a 0.60 WHIP, a 1.4 BB/9, and a 20.3 K/9 in 6.2 innings.
RHP – Brad Keller
The Red Sox signed Keller on May 26th. He made nine appearances, he didn’t record a decision posting a 5.40 ERA, a 3.69 FIP, a 1.38 WHIP, a 2.7 BB/9, and a 5.9 K/9 in 16.2 innings. Keller was one of two bulk inning guys on the Red Sox roster and has been the odd man out with them needing arms for this series against Toronto.
