The Boston Red Sox today start a three-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers. They’re coming off a series loss to the San Diego Padres, in which they lost two out of three. They won the first game, the home opener, but lost Saturday and Sunday. Ahead of tonight’s game, they announced they’ve activated right-handed pitcher Garrett Whitlock from the paternity list. To make room for Whitlock, they’ve optioned right-handed pitcher Tyler Uberstine to Triple-A Worcester.
