The Hallowed Halls of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York, currently holds some of the best players to ever step out onto a baseball field over the years with names such as Jackie Robinson, Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Ken Griffey Jr., Nolan Ryan, Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, and David Ortiz among many, many others. Today, the 2024 Class that will be inducted was announced, and it will include three names that will join Jim Leyland on induction day on July 21st, 2024. The three are Adrian Beltre, Joe Mauer, and Todd Helton. The last time the BBWAA voted in three or more players was back in 2019 when four players got voted in: Edgar Martinez, Roy Halladay, Mike Mussina, and the first player to ever be unanimously inducted, Mariano Rivera.

Adrian Beltre
Adrian Beltre spent 21 years in the Major Leagues, playing for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, and the Texas Rangers. Over that stellar career, he slashed .286/.339/.480 with 3,166 hits, 636 doubles, 38 triples, 477 home runs, 1,707 RBIs, 1,524 runs, 121 stolen bases, 848 walks, a record-high WAR of 93.5, and an OPS of .819.
Joe Mauer
Joe Mauer’s career spanned 15 years for the Minnesota Twins. He slashed a .306/.388/.439 with 2,123 hits, 428 doubles, 30 triples, 143 home runs, 923 RBIs, 1,018 runs, 52 stolen bases, 939 walks, a career WAR of 55.2, and an OPS of .827
Todd Helton
Todd Helton spent his 17-year career with the Colorado Rockies, slashing a .316/.414/.539. He ended his career with 2,519 hits, 593 doubles, 37 triples, 369 home runs, 1,406 RBIs, 1,401 runs, 37 stolen bases, 1,335 walks, a WAR of 61.8, and an OPS of .953.
