Game 1: Chris Bassitt (6-6, 4.13 ERA) vs. Hogan Harris (0-0, 3.14 ERA)

Bassitt gets the series start for Toronto, he is making his 13th start this season, he is 6-6 with a 4.13 ERA, a 4.07 FIP, a 1.45 WHIP, and 63 strikeouts in 65.1 innings. The Blue Jays haven’t announced a starter for the finale yet but whoever they turn to will face Mitch Spence who is making his 16 appearances and his fifth start, he is 4-3 with a 3.86 ERA, a 3.30 FIP, a 1.21 WHIP, and 37 strikeouts in 44.1 innings. In his last start, he faced the Mariners going six innings giving up four runs on nine hits; he walked one and struck out three. He has never faced the Blue Jays in his career.
