Ahead of tonight’s game, the Twins are activating right-handed pitcher Pablo Lopez from the 60-day injured list. To make room for Lopez, they are optioning right-handed pitcher Noah Davis. Pablo Lopez will get the ball tonight for the Twins in the series opener against the Royals.
