Cal Raleight to Play for Team USA at 2026 World Baseball Classic

The 2026 World Baseball Classic will be in March 2026. Team USA today got their catcher as Cal Raleigh announced he plans to play for Team USA today during the All-Star game press conference. Outfielder Aaron Judge headlines the current Team USA roster as the team captain, joined by right-handed pitcher Paul Skenes and shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. Team USA will compete in Pool B at Daikin Park in Houston, TX, from March 6–11, 2026.

Raleigh is going through a breakout season as he is hitting .259 with a 1.011 OPS. He has 16 doubles, 38 home runs, 82 RBI, 65 runs scored, ten stolen bases, and 62 walks.
