Boston Red Sox Top 10 Prospects Heading Into 2023

Since Chaim Bloom took over as the head of baseball operations, his main goal has been rebuilding the Red Sox farm system. While winning a World Series is also high on the list, Bloom has prioritized building a sustainable system compared to Don Dombrowski, who sold the farm to win a World Series right away. Both approaches have pros and cons, as Bloom’s requires patience and has done a great job of accomplishing it. Heading into the 2023 Spring Training, the Red Sox are full of mostly established players, but they still have plenty of talented prospects who will be looking to make an impression in Florida.

With Propsects appearing in Florida this spring, let’s take a look at how these players match up and where they rank in the Boston pipeline. Here are the Red Sox’s top 10 prospects heading into 2023:

2022 stats: .766 OPS with five home runs in 27 games for the Red Sox. .889 OPS in 76 minor league games.
