Atlanta Braves Arizona Fall League Prospects Check-In

The Atlanta Braves season ended in the wild card round but they currently have seven of their prospects playing in the Arizona Fall League for the Peoria Javelinas, they are catcher Drake Baldwin, third baseman/first baseman David McCabe, RHP’s Adam Maier, Ryan Bourassa, Isaac Gallegos, and Landon Harper as well as LHP Hayden Harris will be taking part in the league. The Javelinas are 2-5 to start the 2024 campaign.

Baldwin has played in four games and is hitting .375 with a 1.099 OPS; he has a double, a home run, three RBI, five runs scored, and three walks. McCabe has played in two games and is hitting .333 with a .844 OPS; he has a double, a run scored, and a walk.

The pitchers have combined to go 0-1 and post a 5.54 ERA, a 1.92 WHIP, and 25 strikeouts in 13 innings. Adam Maier has pitched two innings giving up two runs on five hits; he’s walked two and struck out three. Ryan Bourassa is 0-1 giving up three runs on three hits; he hasn’t issued a walk and struck out four in two innings. Isaac Gallegos has pitched three innings giving up two runs on one hit; he’s walked six and struck out six. Landon Harper in three innings has yet to allow a run, on three hits; he’s walked one and struck out six. Finally, Hayden Harris has pitched three innings giving up one run on two hits; he’s walked two and struck out six.
