The Los Angeles Dodgers will have two representatives at this season’s Futures Game. The game will take place on July 13 at 1:15 PCT. Neither of the two representatives are in the Top 100 prospects by ITD. Catcher Thayron Liranzo and third baseman Jeral Perez are the two reps. Dalton Rushing and Josue De Paula are the two prospects for the Dodgers on the Top 100 by ITD.
C – Thayron Liranzo
Liranzo is in his fourth season in the Dodgers system, he’s played in 217 games hitting .252 with a .853 OPS; he has 53 doubles, three triples, 39 home runs, 135 RBI, 148 runs scored, 147 walks, and six stolen bases. This season he’s playing at High-A with Great Lakes, he’s played in 61 games hitting .231 with a .732 OPS; he has 14 doubles (T-14th in Midwest League), six home runs, 26 RBI, 33 runs scored, 42 walks (T-5th in Midwest League), and one stolen base.
3B – Jeral Perez
Perez is in his third season in the Dodgers system, he’s played in 168 games hitting .272 with a .864 OPS; he has 35 doubles, three triples, 27 home runs, 104 RBI, 112 runs scored, 105 walks, and 18 stolen bases. This season he’s playing at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga playing in 61 games he’s hitting .283 (9th in California League) with a .846 OPS (6th in California League); he has 13 doubles (T-16th in California League), eight home runs (T-6th in California League), 33 RBI (T-19th in California League, 39 runs scored (T-20th in California League), 40 walks (11th in California League), and four stolen bases.
